Finite Element Analysis
The evolution of the Codes has allowed us to better understand how to Design using detailed analyzes, thus helping the Designer to Verify components through the Finite Element Analysis. Moreover, the evolution of PCs and software has allowed us to speed up and use this tool more and more.
Therefore the following types of Analysis are and are carried out:
Piping Stress Analysis
The Piping Stress Analysis are more and more required, because in addition to the verification of the piping, they serve to design the supports (all down supports, guides, stops, fixed points with or without friction).
The Piping Stress Analysis are performed with specific Software that implement the verifications according to the requested code.
Design and Verification of Structures
Over the years, design and verification of skid, substructure, piping supports, etc. have been carried out according to Customer Specifications and National and International Codes.
Verifications can be performed of the structure only or also detailed checks of the individual joints (welded or bolted).
Fire Protection
Calculation of fire resistance for tunnels, security zones, piping, according to national and international standards.
Verification of steel and concrete structures subject to different fire cuves (Standard, Hydrocarbons, etc.).

Excel sheets ad Hoc for customer needs. Over the years they have been performed for the following components:
